First long ride on my new bike

I did a 84km ride today with my new bike. I could feel how much less power I had to put for the same speed. It was amazing. Especially on long stretches riding at 42KM/H was a breeze. Fantastic!!!

Got the carbon fiber bike today

Got my new Kestrel Talon Carbon Fiber bike today. Took me about 3 hours to assemble & do adjustments after watching the assembly videos because this is the first time I have assembled a bike. After putting all my personal accessories it weights only 18.5 pounds. Fantastic!!!
Apart from some videos that I posted in THIS post, here are the videos that I used. The last video is the most comprehensive wheel truing video I have ever seen. Only try that if you want perfection and have two full days to do it.
